Allen B. Pearl formerly Vice-President and General Counsel of AGS Information Services, Inc., a company which provided professional consulting services in the design and implementation of information systems, now concentrates his practice in Federal and State taxation, estate planning and administration, and in advising computer consulting companies in contracting and employment matters, commercial contracting, and corporate planning.

Mr. Pearl received his B.S. from University of Pennsylvania in 1953, his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1960, and a L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University in 1965. Mr. Pearl became a C.P.A. in New Jersey in 1962. Mr. Pearl is a member of the Essex County and New Jersey State Bar Associations.
