Julian Wilsey is one of the Firm's senior litigators. He joined the firm following 15 years of service as a Deputy Attorney General of New Jersey, serving in New Jersey' Division of Criminal Justice as Section Chief of Casino Prosecutions and as a member of its civil RICO and Appellate Sections. He also served in the Organized Crime/Special Prosecution and Trial Sections and was appointed Acting County Prosecutor of Cumberland County, New Jersey in 1985. With the firm he has focused on commercial litigation, casino law, complex criminal matters.
Mr. Wilsey is a 1968 graduate of Upsala College and earned his J.D. degree from Seton Hall Law School in 1972.
