ENVIRONMENTAL LAW
Franzblau Dratch's Environmental Law practice group is designed to assist clients in meeting the gamut of federal and state environmental laws and regulations. The firm has extensive experience with New Jersey's Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA), Freshwater Wetlands Act, Underground Storage Tanks Regulation Act, as well as their federal counterparts. We are actively involved in superfund litigation.
On the state level we represent numerous clients in administrative enforcement actions brought by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. We also have considerable experience with ISRA administrative proceedings and ISRA related litigation. The environmental law group interfaces with the firm's litigation, real estate and business law groups whenever appropriate.
